Founded in 2025 by Domenico Folino, Folino Sport Management is a Toronto-based football agency focused on professional player representation and long-term career development.
FSM specializes in player representation and career guidance, offering clients a balanced and transparent approach to both their on-field pathway and off-field career planning.
About The Founder
Domenico Folino is a 21-year-old FIFA-licensed football agent with firsthand experience in elite European football environments. From The age 8-13 years old , Domenico lived and played in Spain, developing within a highly competitive football culture from a young age.
During this period, he competed against top academies and clubs including FC Barcelona, Espanyol, Girona, Real Betis, and Atlético Madrid, gaining early exposure to the technical, tactical, and professional standards required at the highest levels of the game.
Domenico later returned to Canada, where he completed his studies at McMaster University, graduating with a degree in Commerce. His academic background, combined with his international playing experience, informs a structured, transparent, and player-first approach to representation.
As the founder of Folino Sport Management, Domenico is focused on guiding players through recruitment, placement, and long-term career planning, with an emphasis on informed decision-making and sustainable development both on and off the field.
